Accumulator
The reason the accumulator is important because it's stopping the liquid refrigerant from returning to the compressor. To store the liquid refrigerant at the bottom with the vapor refrigerant to return to the compressor to be compressed by the compressor.
Also with it being at the bottom; you can draw off the vapor and having it return to the system.
Liquid receiver
The reason the liquid receiver is important is because it's sitting at the end to send the vapor and turn it into a liquid when sending it back into the system.
Suction line
The suction line is one, larger and two is used to suck.
Liquid line
The liquid line is important is because it's bringing in to the metering device a subcooled liquid from the condenser to the metering device.
The discharge line is connected to the compressor which is pivotal for the liquid line.
Condenser
The condenser rejects heat, pushes heat.
heat is lost during turning a gas into a liquid.
